Common questions
Do you charge for diagnostics?
Yes — proper diagnosis takes a technician, a lift and scan tools, so there's a diagnostic fee. We tell you that amount up front, and it goes toward the repair if you have us do the work.
Can I bring my own parts?
In most cases no. We warranty our work, and we can't stand behind a part we didn't source. If a job is an exception we'll say so when you call.
How long will my car be here?
Maintenance and brakes are usually same day. Bigger repairs depend on parts availability — we'll give you a realistic window once we've diagnosed it, and call you if that changes.
Do you work on my make?
We service most domestic and import cars, trucks and SUVs. Call with your year, make and model and we'll confirm before you drive over.
Do you offer payment plans?
Financing is available for larger repairs, subject to approval. Ask your service advisor for current options.
Do you also sell cars?
Yes. Our dealership side sells and finances used vehicles in Las Vegas. If a repair stops making financial sense, we'll tell you that honestly — and we can show you what a replacement would cost.
